To receive the Annual Report of Chess Scotland, incorporating a Statement of Account for the financial year to April 30 2023 certified by the Auditor.\n2. To elect Directors from the Individual members willing to serve.\n3. To elect holders of other specified posts\n4. To consider matters raised by members\n\nNominations for elections must be received by the Executive Director in writing (including e-mail) at least three weeks before the meeting (i.e. not later than 23:59 on Sunday 5th November, 2023), and must be proposed and seconded by members, and confirm the consent of the nominee to serve.\n\nAny proposals for consideration at the AGM must be received by the Executive Director in writing (including e-mail) at least three weeks before the meeting and must be proposed and seconded by members.\n\nThe Executive Director will publish all nominations for elections and proposals for consideration at least two weeks before the meeting (i.e. not later than Sunday 12th November 2023).\n\nThe following positions are up for election\n\nAdministration Director\nJunior Home Director\nMarketing & Sponsorship Director \nScottish Championship Director\nArbiter and Rules Director\nHome Director \nDiversity & Equalities Officer\n\nWith the exception of Leagues and Affiliations, there will be no proxy votes.  From Sunday 19th until the end of the meeting on the 26th, a link will be available on the Website for members not attending the AGM to cast their votes.
