List of Registered Chaperons
The category, chaperon, was introduced to accommodate adults, typically parents, who may not play chess or are not active chess players but who were willing to help on a volunteer basis. Membership of CS is strongly recommended for chaperons but exceptions to holding membership may be agreed in some cases. The decision on whether or not membership of CS is required will be made by those administering the PVG Scheme logo quiz for pc for free. Typically, chaperons would contribute by escorting children to events and looking after their welfare whilst away from home.
Chaperons registered by CS are subject to the same disclosure process applied to coaches and arbiters (which includes PVG scheme membership). Because the approval process is identical, coaches may also act as chaperons subject to signing a Chaperon Job Description. Chaperons are required to sign a Job Description and Declaration similar but not the same as the form applicable to arbiters and coaches nero 7 german for free.
Chess Scotland has taken a policy decision to cease displaying home addresses on the website. If you have difficulty in contacting a coach, please email the Membership Secretary who will be pleased to assist.

Applications for Coach and Chaperon Registration
Anyone wishing to apply for registration as a chess coach or chaperon should email Hamish Glen with full contact details ps4 demo spiele herunterladen. He, or the additional signatory, will arrange for you to complete the relevant forms and give you details of the documentary evidence that you must produce. The assistant signatory is authorised both by CS and by Volunteer Scotland to act on behalf of Hamish Glen.
Throughout the enhanced disclosure process, all applications will be dealt with in strict confidence and to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Chess Scotland also operates a service to build confidence that legal obligations are being met at local clubs and congresses. The service is mainly addressing situations where clubs and congresses are specifically aimed at the participation of juniors but may be considered relevant in other cases, e.g. where a local club for adults operates a junior training programme or a congress is running a junior event. The detailed operation of the service is explained in the page Club Coaches.
Full details of the various policy documents which have been registered with the relevant authority, VS, together with the explanation of the underlying thinking are published on the CS website; Policy Documents
