As far as I am concerned if someone deserves to be insulted (and I can assure you that Short is high up on many people's lists) then they will be insulted. This, however, is the CS forum provided by CS and insulting someone connected to CS (directors/whoever) would be a bit cheeky don't you think?
The simple fact is that Short has used all of his 'media channels' over the years to insult and abuse people and deserves a little in return every now and then. Please feel free to make an official complaint about my insults if you feel that strongly about it.
