Decent showing today. Watched most of the games live and liked 3 out of the 4 positions for a good while. Don't be scared to beat some of these guys though Smile

I am reminded of the Scottish Football manager who after a defeat remarked
"We got more corners than they did"

Outgraded on every board. Good draws on boards 1+2. Alan's game looked tight and he just got edged out of it towards the end. Good overall performance, not far off getting a result there.

I am reminded (yet again) of a really negative person being (yet again) really negative.

Excellent win for Alan Tate as black against Serbian GM Boban Bogosavljevic rated 2549!

Graham is doing fine (he can probably force a draw if he wants to), Jonathan has played a very good game so far - it's still messy but he has had the advantage throughout, while Andy Muir has been fighting gamely for a while now in a 'lost' position.

Excellent result today - two draws in a row on board 1 v 2600+ opposition is great stuff! Best of luck to the team for the remaining rounds.
