That is a sad state of affairs Andy. Surely if you have a opinion, or view, then you should be free to express it without "getting into trouble".
Others may disagree with your views but surely this should be a reflection of their opinion - isn't that the basis of free speech.
Contrasting view should at least encourage free discussion, so I don't understand why you should get into trouble for saying anything.
