Hi Folks, everything lookin good for our new premises.
Main playing area supported by sepparate rooms for analysis and food.
The following will be offered at £2.50 per portion -- Morning (until 11.30am) Bacon, Sausage or egg rolls.
Lunch (12 - 3pm) Soup, Stovies, Macaroni Cheese, Sandwiches.
There is a coffee/tea machine which needs £1 coins and cans of juice on sale from reception. However, they have said that you may bring flasks of coffee/tea with you. You can also bring snacks -- crisps, sweets etc. In negotiations about whether you can bring sandwiches/ packed lunch.
Once we've had the day we and the venue will have a better idea of how to improve things for you.
Water will be availabe in the playing area.
Next door is a Holiday Inn Express, It has offered the following rates
Saturday 29th October 2016 - £80.00 per room – limited availability.
Sunday 30th October 2016 - £49.00 per room
Saturday 26th November 2016 - £65.00 per room
Sunday 27th November 2016 - £49.00 per room
Saturday 25th February 2017 - £65.00 per room
Sunday 26th February 2017- £49.00 per room
Saturday 25th March 2017 - £65.00 per room
