4. FIDE Entry Fee and Organizing fee
4.1 Every player shall pay an Entry Fee in amount of 70 Euros in accordance with
FIDE Regulations. This amount must be sent directly to FIDE by their National
Federation before the event.
4.2 Every additional player shall pay an Entry Fee of 140 Euros in accordance with
the FIDE Regulations. This amount must also be sent directly to FIDE by their National
Federation before the event.
4.3 Every player (hosted, additional or by personal right) and every accompanying
person shall pay an Organizing fee of 70 Euros (until the 20th of July, 2016).

That looks pretty standard. The travel is far from straightforward though..

«Utair» company performs daily flights from Moscow to Khanty-Mansiysk and back
according to the following schedule (local time for each airport):
UT-351 Moscow (Vnukovo) 22:30 – Khanty-Mansiysk 03:40
UT-352 Khanty-Mansiysk 05:30 – Moscow (Vnukovo) 06:30

The nearest airports to Khanty-Mansiysk are Surgut (300 km), Nizhnevartovsk (510
km), Tyumen (670 km), Yekaterinburg (996 km). The air company «Utair» performs
direct air flights from these towns to Khanty-Mansiysk. You can get from Surgut to
Khanty-Mansiysk by regular bus as well (travel time is 4 hours).
