Usually I agree with you.... but this time, afraid not...Glynis has made it very clear the personal circumstances surrounding this year's 'delays', and I don't think her replies were offensive - you've heard much worse I'm sure
Let's all try to relax a bit 
Remember, Glynis is also a teacher - It never did me any good arguing with them
