Nigel Short lectures in Edinburgh - andyburnett - 21-08-2015

Quality Chess will probably make an announcement here at some point, but I spotted this yesterday...

So, Mr Burnett, thinking of some of your previous comments about said former world championship challenger, I wonder if you will be camped out to get his autograph? Wink

Great news btw.

Whatever do you mean, Mr Neave, sir? Wink

I'm sure the lectures will be hugely interesting and well-attended, but they are not on a part of the game where I need most help - so at £150 I will likely not be attending.

In fact, a series of lectures on this same topic by yourself would be very interesting indeed!

It would be a lot cheaper too Wink

Re: Nigel Short lectures in Edinburgh - Alan Tate - 22-08-2015

Personal issues aside, this is a somewhat unique opportunity and surely the strongest ever player to give a lecture in Scotland?

Re: Nigel Short lectures in Edinburgh - Mike Truran - 22-08-2015

"Unique" is an absolute state. Nothing can be "somewhat unique".
