Played for Scotland in 4 European Team Championships: Debrecen 1992; León 2001; Plovdiv 2003

and Gothenburg 2005.

Scottish Player of the Year 1998 and 2006.

Member of Kilmarnock team that won the 1997 Spens Cup.

Member of Kilmarnock Burns team that won the 2013 Spens Cup.

Member of Paisley CC teams that won the Richardson Cup in 1992, 1993 and 1994.

Member of Paisley CC that won the British National Club Championship in 1994.

Member of Polytechnic team that won Richardson Cup in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006,

2009, 2011.

Member of Guildford team that won the Four Nations Chess League (4NCL) 2006-7 and 2007-8.
