A fourth win today for GM Colin McNab helped Scotland A to a 2-2 draw with Thüringen in the fifth round. Colin's result puts him at the top of the points scorers on board 1 with 4.5 out of 5 and in with a chance of taking the prize for best player on board 1. His 90% score is only bettered on board 1 by German GM Uwe Bönsch who has only seen action in two games, both of which he has won.
For the B team Alan Scrimgour's 60% score leaves him just outside the top 10 performing board two's in the competition.
