Preview: I am happy to announce the inaugural Viking Chess Festival is taking place this September. This is part of the annual Largs Viking Festival, which this year commemorates the 750th anniversary of the Battle of Largs.

The Viking Chess Festival will this year consist of a school team event, a weekend congress and a junior one day event that promises to be a little bit different!
