Istanbul Chess Olympiad 2012
The Istanbul Chess Olympiad took place August 27 to September 10, 2012.
The Scotland Open Team finished in 75th place of 156 countries. The Women Team finished 83rd of 127.

Armenia, population 3.2 million, won the Open event for the 3rd time in the last four Olympiads; Russia won the Womens event.
