International Junior Selection – Criteria Guidance
Activity
I'd like to make it clear to all families hoping for selection to international junior tournaments that taking part in Chess Scotland tournaments and playing enough Chess Scotland graded games over the last 12 months is a core part of criteria for selection.
Grading
We are now at the stage where regular grading is no longer a recent enough indication of current playing strength and we are relying on allegro grading for this.
