The Annual General Meeting of Chess Scotland, held on Nov 2nd 2019,
Chess Scotland wish to announce the following appointments

Approved Office Bearers – ratified by AGM

Standards Committee
Duncan Campbell has resigned as Chair – as an interim Gerald Lobley will assume the chairmanship. The meeting requested that the Committee select a chair from its members and advise Chess Scotland management accordingly.

Matters raised by members One motion was submitted to the AGM
Chess Scotland awards, exceptionally in 2019, the title of Scottish Champion jointly to GMs Matthew Turner and Colin McNab.
Proposed by Matthew Turner, Seconded by Alan Tate and Jonathan Grant
The motion was PASSED at the AGM and consequently the title of Scottish Championsh 2019 is jointly held by GM Colin McNab and GM Matthew Turner.
