FIDE Transfers (Sep 2019)
Contact: Players can request a transfer from their existing federation to a Scotland (SCO) registration providing they meet the appropriate provisions on eligibility as set out in the Eligibility document below speak. https://www.chessscotland.com/international/eligibility-for-national-representation/
