Harry Potter Chess

The media company De Agostini released a press notice today - 14 February 2007 to announce a series of magazines that includes a chess "step by step" course which allows subscribers to collect a special Harry Potter chess set.

The press notice includes contact details for all the national federations in the British Isles and Chess Scotland hopes that interest generated by the magazines may translate into increased numbers of school age children actively taking up the game.
