Was reading an old SCA Bulletin
#1
Dated August 1979

Page 10 under the Cutty Sark Scotch Whisky Allegro Tournament, I found the following line

"The tournament was this year noted by Radio Scotland, who interviewed the Chief Controller for the Sports Sound Program"!!!
"How sad to see, what used to be, a model of decorum and tranquility become like any other sport, a battleground for rival ideologies to slug it out with glee"

Yes, that's right; only radio interview I've ever done.

Glasgow entry was over 400 on occasion.

Happy New Year to all.

So let me get this right.

Ken Stewart does a radio interview. Subsequently media coverage is poor.

Was the interview really that bad Ken?

I was interviewed in Sweden in 2009 for a film about blind chess. Despite that the film still won an award at a film festival Big Grin
