we need to know which topics are for the council and which topics are for the AGM as to me they are distinctly blurred.
Some example topics : Proxy voting, Standards Committee, new Constitution, Olympiad issues , Commonwealth Championships

let me help out here
agm
1. AOCB
2. a couple of proposals not settled
3. finances audited and approved
4. developments in the working party for the constitution

not on agenda
1. standards committee discussion (unless it comes up again under AOCB)
2. Commonwealth/ Olympiad issues (unless again it comes up under AOCB)
however due to the delay in concluding the AGM these assumptions may be wrong
Question : do I get a vote at council meeting or is it the case that I should leave before it starts?
