Looks like the sort of thing I would do, thinking Ng6 was mate somehow.

I think that might be the first time Monica has taken something off a 2000+, which is a nice milestone. Once you realise that they are not anything so special, you can be more confident in the future.

Indeed. 2000 is as random any other number, just another strange quirk of humans to ascribe meaning to numbers ending in zero. Incidentally, Monica has beaten a 2300 in a blitz game - me!
