I wish the Swansea event well, as I made a few friends on my recent visit to Wales with the Glorney-Gilbert lot. However, Dundee is hard to beat and I'll be there again this year. The congress is superbly run and the organisers extremely helpful. The venue is top notch, accommodation is reasonable and when I managed to lose my first round a few years ago, a second round bye allowed me to have a stroll round Dundee City Centre where I bought the most delicious cheese from a little stall.
Cheese and Chess, now there's a thought. Cheese shaped chess pieces (or chess shaped cheese pieces, depending if you're black or white) and you eat your opponents piece when you take it. I could call it Chessar and get a sponsor. Accompanied by small biscuits. Completely crackers, before anyone else says it. 8)
