I'm planning to play in one of the lower events this year. I note though that all events are FIDE rated.

My Chess Scotland grade is 1376 allowing me to play in the under 1500 tournament but I have a FIDE rating of 1772.

Which grading takes preference in the lower events.

Thank you

As it is FIDE rated, pairings and entry are based on FIDE ratings.

A provisional draw for round 1 will appear shortly on the Chess-Results website.

The draw will be confirmed shortly after noon on Saturday.  There will be only minimal changes if any are necessary.
