Scots Who Fought in the American Civil War - Alan McGowan - 18-12-2012

An article (by Steven McKenzie) has appeared on the BBC Scotland website regarding Scots who fought in the American Civil War.

Consideration is being given to adding some names to an American Civil War memorial in Edinburgh. One of those mentioned is Captain G.H. Mackenzie, the strongest Scots-born player of his time.
