SNCL Entries now Please - Glynis Grant - 12-10-2025
Hi Folks,
Firstly may I apologise for the late notice of this season's SNCL. At the moment I am still waiting for the venue to confirm where we will be playing but I can assure you that SNCL 25/26 will start on 2nd November 2025.
Entry Fees -- £150 per team, payment by cash/bank transfer or cheque (payable to Glynis Grant )
Venue TBC
The new campus is opening this month and John does think he will be ready for us to play there but he needs to get in and physically map out the area for tables, chairs etc. I am hoping to get a visit soon so that we can check for analysis areas and social area as well as the playing hall. There should be ample parking(379 places) and we will have our wonderful catering staff looking after us all day. John says lighting is much better!!
The address for the venue is Dunfermline Learning Campus, Calaiswood Crescent, Dunfermline KY11 8SJ
To get there come off the motorway from South, as per usual, and take the first exit marked Duloch Leisure Park. If coming from North, take your usual slip road and then take the third exit for Duloch Leisure Park.
From there all of you go along the dual carriageway,Leisure Park is on your left, straight over at the roundabout and then second exit at the next roundabout. At the third roundabout, turn right and you should be able to see the entrance to the complex. It is huge! There are two High Schools but the first section you come to is the college. I don't know exactly where we have to go as I am waiting for a visit but I will update captains as necessary.
If that venue is unavailable we will be in our usual place at Carnegie Conference Centre
This is a new adventure for us all and there is bound to be teething problems. Please be patient, come to ME with any hiccups and I will sort it out with the staff if necessary.
Closing Date is 26th October 2025. This gives a week for my team to get draws etc done so please do not hassle them about need for preparation. Just bring your enthusiastic team and enjoy the day.
