If you have heard of a thing called Steam on your PC then you may wish to know that a sale ends today with Chessbase 16 for £40, which is cheap. Sale still on.
Also Fritz 18 for £32.

Thanks for the update John - definitely looks like a good deal - really not that much tangible difference between Chessbase 16 and 17.
