Congratulations to Murad. Tough one for Keith who put in a really powerful finish. Standout performance from Lennart. Don't know much about him, but he can evidently play a bit.

I watched a lot of the chess online. I was struck by how competitive the games were. Didn't see many opening advantages turn into quick wins.

Well done Murad and Keith, who both edged the rest deservedly in a tight field. Well done the various organisers for getting a good field together in difficult, post-Covid circumstances. Hope that signals a gradual re-growth of the OTB game over the next few months and new season.
