Don't know who needs a 10 second increment to play a rapid game, especially when already have 25 minutes, makes no sense! Good luck with event. For me I would go for 25-30 min with no increment, but if increment is essential then the less the better, anymore than 5 seconds for a rapid game is too much. Something like 20 2 or 20 3 sounds OK.
