I am a little suprised that Andy H & Mc have not yet clarified when its acceptable to make personal comments about individuals that are less than flattering.

I gave it a thought the other day Mike but I didn't get time to reply. In my view Andy's comments are within the rules. His comments are unlikely to cause Mr Short any particular concern or upset.
