Grading is up but who is the Scottish Champion - Keti or Matthew Turner?
Surely must be Turner as they are both listed as SCO, and they both live here? (don't they?)

I don't believe Matthew Turner lives in Scotland or ever has lived in Scotland, could be wrong.
