As Neil had a 2471 TPR after Rnd 8, isn't he actually on for a GM norm if he wins today?

As things stand look like only Neil or Keti can be Scottish Champ now? (with neither Roddy or Craig managing to win)

For a GM norm, he would have had to play a 2953 in round 9. You need a tpr >2600 for a GM Norm
