Are there any details known yet about this year's event?

Everything should be confirmed by the end of the month.

Hopefully Edinburgh 11-19 July.

The later date if confirmed sounds ideal to me although probably depends on ones circumstances.

What time do the Championship rounds usually start? Is it early afternoon 2pm-ish time?

Looking at a 1pm start.

I'm now able to confirm that the 2015 Scottish Championships will take place at
Tom Fleming Centre,
Stewart Melville College,
Edinburgh
11-19 July.
