I don't know if anyone who was intending entering this hasn't done so already but this is one of the best events in the calender in my opinion. Late entries may still be accepted if you speak nicely to John Montgomery ! All players that stay in Ayrshire and/or play for Ayrshire teams are eligible for this event in a great venue at Troon chess club.
