By Train
For those arriving by train Queen Street Station is very convenient (head uphill on leaving station). Central Station is about 3 times as far away and is about 15 minutes walking.
Buchanan Street Underground station is also within 5 minutes.
By Car
If coming by car there is limited parking. The nearest car park is NCP George Street but there are several others in the area. The nearest free parking is some distance away in the streets off Alexandra Parade (15-20 minute walk).
Accommodation
There is accommodation at the student village of Strathclyde University. There is also a Holiday Inn Express and a Premier Inn close by. For those on a tighter budget there is the Euro Hostel Glasgow.
