British Woman's Championship 1934

Held at the Town Hall, Chester, from July 30-August 11

Miss M.D. Gilchrist wins the British championship for the second time (the first was in 1929).

She started with her only loss in round 1, followed by two draws, and then scored eight wins in succession.
