contact me Andy it could be a couple of things and check if the hard drive is an SSD drive. Windows 10 doesnt seem to work properly unless there's an SSD drive in it. Try the usual trusty tricks to optimise it such as optimising memory etc. How long have you had the computer and how much memory does it have?
