AIUI, he entered the competition on the condition that his opponents were allowed to have him searched before the games. Bear in mind there were a number of top players who withdrew from the event on learning Ivanov was taking part

The 'condition' amounts to coercion, when not to ‘agree’ to the condition means being frozen out of the game even though there is no proof of any wrongdoing.

Seems it's a condition that's coming our way, too Sad

Fully agree with those sentiments.
Sounds to me like "guilty until proved innocent is OK but don't worry its only being applied to the guilty".
