Ali Roy – Joint Under 12 British Girls’ Champion I was absolutely thrilled to share the Under 12 British Girls’ title with Welsh Internationalist Megan Owens, especially when I was 1 point behind going into the last game. Megan’s board was next to mine so I knew Megan had lost. I had a hard game against Harry Cleeves but I managed to get in front with time and position, so with two minutes remaining on Harry’s clock he resigned. Megan and I finished 4th= overall.
