Rounds - Morning 10.15 – 14.15 Afternoon 15.00 – 19.00

Divisions - Divisions 1 to 3 will have eight teams

All other teams, old and new, will be welcome to join Division 4.

(if not enough teams Div 3/4 will play together but will be eligible for different

trophies)

Division 1 is a FIDE rated tournament.

Players - All teams will have five players who must play in grading order.

Fees - All teams £60

(At the end of the season a refund of £10 will be given to every team that turned up for every match with a full complement of five players. This will be issued only if a team member is represented at the AGM)

Refreshments Food can be purchased from the cafeteria.

Smoking - Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Parking - There is a large free car park at the venue.

Entry - All entry forms must be received by 15 th October 2008

Conduct - If your team does not turn up on the day, or exhibits inappropriate behaviour, it will be relegated at the end of the season (Lowest Division teams will be barred for one year)

Weather - Cancellations due to inclement weather will be notified as quickly as possible.
