Two teams will be relegated - the loser of each of two pools of three. This will be determined by match points and any tie broken by game points. If the issue in a pool is decided after two matches, the third need not be played.

2nd Round : Saturday 24 January 2004
Semi-finals : Saturday 21 February 2004
